Refund policy

The Customer is granted the right to withdraw (right of reconsideration) from the concluded contract without penalty and without specifying the reasons, no later than the period of 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery of the product by the Courier.

The return request can be made:

• By logging into your private area (for registered users).
• By using the appropriate procedure at "Return Request" page (for non-registered users and all other users).
• By writing to customercare@damedelaplain.com communicating the references of the order and the products you wish to return

Remember: you have 14 days from receipt of your order to send your return request.
